Return, Refund & Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order only if the order has not yet been dispatched from the PIDIX warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If a cancellation request is received and approved before shipment, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.

PIDIX reserves the right to cancel orders in situations such as product stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will be informed and refunds will be processed accordingly.
